So I recently decided to take up the squat challenge, and so far so good. I’ve felt quite a bit of pain (read: aching/burn) as I’m doing the squats in my muscles, but the aftermath isn’t bad at all. I did accidentally do too many though - somehow thought I needed to do 68 last night, and managed, but then today found out it was only meant to be 50! Jeez.
Day 1: 50 (did 68) - CHECK!
Day 2: 55 - CHECK!
